- Project "SANKALP" (Stroke free India) - Organized a committee named project- SANKALP (Stroke fee India) on dated 15/08/2014 Brain Stroke Awareness Campaign from 15/08/2014 to 31/08/2014 at more than 80 places in Azamgarh district.
- Organized a All India drama & dance festival named "RANG MAHOTSAVA" on dated 26/12/2014 to 30/12/2014 at Weshly Inter College Azamgarh. 8 States, 24 Team, 975 Drama & Dance Artist participated in the festivals.

- Organized a UP State Level Doctors seminar (CME) on topic for Low Back pain Management in General Practice at Rahul Prekshagriha Azamgarh on dated 16/07/2012
- Inauguration of Bhartendu Gramin Swasthaya Mission on 16/12/2012 with the Inauguration of first Block level Free Bhartendu Gramin Swasthya Kendra Hathiya. The mission of this Project is open multiple Block level Bhartendu Gramin Swasthya Kendra in every Block of every district in U.P. These centres provide the doctors indoor admission, pathology, X-Ray, Dots for tuberculosis, Immunization programme & medicine. All services in these centres are free.

- PROJECT "VISHRAM" Organized a committee named Project-VISHRAM on dated 15/08/2011 in this project we issue a helpline no. via media & other sources by which old age & terminal patient contact with us. In this project we provide take care facilities, psychological counseling of family & patient
- PROJECT "VISHRAM" Provide Marfin Injection and tablets to terminally ill cancer patient for controlling the pain by which we provide a comfortable terminal life to achieve a painless death.

Distribute One Stitching Machine & Interlocking Machine & Adopted 101 Poor Family & Family affected with Earny Scandal for one year. (In this Earny Scandal 24 People died & 7 blind. Due to drinking methyl Alcohol approximately 250 people & 36 family affected in this Scandal)
